Through role-playing, case studies, and scenario-based discussions, participants will practice delivering actionable, strength-based feedback while learning strategies to navigate difficult conversations. This interactive session will equip school leaders and instructional coaches with the tools needed to set clear expectations, inspire continuous improvement, and create a thriving learning environment. | |
