Visibility as an educational leader is the cornerstone for success, especially at the building level. The Three Vs are visibility with staff, visibility with students, and visibility with the school community. This workshop introduces participants to the three Vs and provides examples of outcomes and practices that can make a difference in improving school culture and climate. |
Participants will: ยท Create a sample best practices implementation guideline for consideration over an 18-month to 24-month period while improving school culture and climate, while gathering student, staff and community data |

Dr. Joseph F. Baeta | Stoughton Public Schools Dr. Joseph F. Baeta brings 34 years of educational experience to his 17th year as Superintendent of Schools, having served in Holbrook, Norton, and Stoughton, MA. His background includes roles as a teacher, coach, advisor, coordinator, principal, and superintendent. He holds degrees from Fitchburg State University (B.S. History/Secondary Education), UMass-Boston (M.A. Applied Linguistics), and National University (Ed.D). Beyond his professional roles, Dr. Baeta has been active in town government and numerous non-profits. His first book on visible leadership is anticipated in 2026/27. |
