Participants will explore coaching strategies, equity-centered evaluation techniques, and mentoring practices that ensure every educator receives meaningful support. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and self-reflection activities, attendees will develop an action plan to enhance teacher retention, instructional effectiveness, and school-wide success. | |
