In this workshop, we will name specific strategies you can implement to meet expectations and communicate effectively. This workshop will help school leaders to accept and provide feedback for improvement, delegate and prioritize, build trust and credibility, lead their teams, think strategically, coach and evaluate those who report to them, develop, and implement plans, and document successes.
