In today’s complex educational landscape, leaders must go beyond managing schools—they must lead with bravery, equity, and vision. School administrators often face pushback when implementing equity-driven initiatives, restorative practices, and student-centered learning models. This session will introduce the Brave Leadership Framework, a research-based model that empowers school leaders to navigate resistance, drive systemic change, and create inclusive school environments. Participants will leave with practical leadership strategies and tools to build schools where belonging, academic excellence, and cultural responsiveness thrive. | |
