Belonging, Significance, and Joy - Not Just for Kids - Building and Maintaining A Positive School Culture |
Teachers work hard every day to make sure each student they work with feels a sense of belonging, significance, and fun, and feels successful. But who's looking out for the teachers, not to mention the TAs, specialists, and other school staff? What can we, as leaders, do to help make that happen? A lot! Establishing and maintaining a positive school culture starts with the school leader, but everyone contributes, either positively or negatively. Hear time-tested strategies for building school culture, and share your own, in this interactive session. |
